A few paragraphs is enough to start. We read every enquiry. If we are a fit, we will come back with a short call invitation and a one-page next step.
If we are not a fit, sometimes we are full, sometimes the brief is better served elsewhere, we will say so and recommend two other studios we trust.

Do you take on small projects?
Yes, about a third of our work each year is under €10,000. A single-page site, a lean rework or a measured audit can all be useful. We do not tier clients.
Do you work outside Ireland?
Most of our clients are. We have shipped projects with teams in Madrid, Berlin, Mexico City and Boston. Async-first by default, one call a week when it helps.
What if I am not sure what I need?
That is fine. Write what you can. The first call exists to figure that out together. Sometimes the answer is a different service, sometimes it is no project at all.
How long until you can start?
Usually a week or two from signature. We take six to eight projects a year and do not overbook. If the timing is not right, we will be honest.
Start with what is true now.
You do not need all the answers. A clear description of the problem is enough for a useful first reply.
